Business Model
NIBC is active in Corporate Banking and Consumer Banking. These activities are supported by Treasury, Risk Management and the Corporate Center
Corporate Banking
Our Corporate Banking activities cover advice, financing (including derivatives and structuring) and co-investment. Teams at NIBC are formed around sectors or products.

Next to providing Debt and Equity/Mezzanine Solutions in the above sectors, we offer Mergers & Acquisitions Advice. This business unit provides financial advice on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, buyouts and corporate development, combining first-class execution expertise with an in-depth understanding of the sector and the challenges our clients face.
Through Capitalisation Advisory we provide practical - solution-driven - independent advice to our clients and their stakeholders. We help clients when facing important financing requirements, including recapitalisation, major (re-) financing, acquisition financing, capital raising, potential covenant breach, and financial restructuring.
At Leveraged Finance we offer committed cash flow based financing solutions for LBO typed transactions, typically involving private equity.
And at Structured Finance we offer financing structures such as alternative funding transactions, balance sheet management transactions and tax solutions.
