Analyst Program

Are you that dynamic university graduate who shares our enthusiasm and dedication to quality? If so, NIBC is looking for you to join our Analyst Program. The Analyst Program is serious fun. It’s a great way to get to know other analysts within the firm, and to experience the diversity of banking.

Personal and professional development are key elements of this program. You’ll be learning on the job during in-company training provided by the Amsterdam Institute of Finance, in cooperation with professors of international business schools like INSEAD and IMD. This hands-on experience will help you become a banking professional who is ready to start at the deep end!

The 12-month Analyst Program consists of four one-week modules with a financial and personal development focus. During the training weeks, the analysts will stay in an Amsterdam hotel.

If you start as an analyst in one of our international offices you will also complete the Analyst Program in Amsterdam.

At NIBC, new recruits apply for a vacancy to start their career. The Analyst Program is a training program you attend alongside your job. You will not rotate through the organisation during this program. We are looking for focused candidates and will do our best to create a good match between the individual and the department. However, we will fully support you if you want to switch departments after the program.

Other elements of the Program include a teambuilding day, a CSR Project, a mentor event and a closing event. Learn more about our vacancies.
