To qualify, you need to have the following profile:

• Hold a bachelor and master degree with an outstanding academic record;
• Have excellent quantitative skills and the ability to analyze finance-specific issues;
• Have excellent communication skills and fluency in English, and preferably in at least one other European language;
• Be committed, energetic, and creative;
• Be capable of taking initiatives and working independently as well as in teams.
