We are looking for analysts with 0-2 years work experience; top-talents who want to contribute to our long-term growth ambitions. You will have responsibility from day one and will be directly involved in the overall deal process. You will follow the Analyst Program parallel to your daily job.
Another possibility to start at NIBC is through an internship. You can apply for an internship year-round, there are many departments who have opportunities available. We offer two options; the first is a working internship for three months in one business unit, to gain working experience and learn more about NIBC. Second is a graduation internship for six months, where students can start a research and write their thesis at NIBC. This can only be done in The Hague and the graduates positions are limited. We employ top talent from diverse university backgrounds, ranging from Economics and Business Administration to Technology and Law. However, finance-related studies are preferred. If this profile fits you, it’s high time to let us know you're interested in starting at the deep end!
You must have the following experience to qualify:
- A bachelor's and preferably a master's degree with an outstanding academic record ∗
- Excellent quantitative skills and the ability to analyse finance-specific issues
- Self-development on other levels e.g. board memberships
- Excellent communication skills, fluency in English and preferably in at least one other European language **
- A sense of commitment, high energy and creativity
- The ability to take initiative and work independently as well as in teams
* Candidates applying in the Netherlands are expected to have a master's degree from university.
** Candidates applying in Germany are expected to be fluent in German.
