We’re looking for young and ambitious bankers to help us realise our goals. When you decide to join NIBC you will be fully involved right from the start. You will be working in a specific function within one of our businesses – see Who we are. During your first year you will alternate your daily activities with specific targeted training and development activities. In addition, you will also take part in the Analyst Program.
At NIBC we offer you a supportive environment. A personal mentor at Managing Director's level will guide you during your initial steps in the world of merchant banking.
Talent development is essential for a fast growing bank like NIBC. That’s why we consider a wide range of career opportunities of importance.
- Once you have completed the Analyst Program, we will, together with you, determine a Personal Development Plan. In this plan you will lay down your short-term as well as your long-term ambitions.
- Your manager may assign you to a course at our Development Center. Through tests and role-plays we will assess your development opportunities, e.g. leadership capabilities
- At NIBC, training on the job is of the utmost importance. Your manager and your self-assigned mentor will play an important role in your personal, technical and career development. We also offer a tailor-made training program on technical and general skills.
- Your career opportunities at NIBC depend heavily on your own ambition. You might grow into a managing or specialist role within the Business Unit where you started your career. Or you could switch to another (Strategic) Business Unit or one of our international offices. Additionally, we strongly encourage participating in bank-wide projects.
