If you are in the final year of your studies, then you will be thinking about where to start your career. NIBC offers you an excellent opportunity to get experienced with the ins and outs of merchant banking.

You can join an internship for three or six months at any time of year. The three-month internship involves working within a specific department at NIBC and shadowing the work of a junior Analyst. During the six-month program, we give interns a specific assignment. We are always willing to discuss any specific requests you may have in this respect. All participants of these programs are given an internship allowance.

During an internship at NIBC, you will learn a great deal from hands-on experience, and most of all, from your colleagues. We will invite you to knowledge sharing meetings, networking and recruitment events. You will have many opportunities to chat with employees from all departments within the firm.

We will assign mentors, too, to guide you through your internship at the firm. They will discuss their careers with you, answer your questions about the firm and generally support you during your time with us.
